Since May of 2022, Saucy and Knights of Degen have been planning the first beer for the KOD community, which has included community voting on the type of beer (Hazy IPA) and the name of the beer (Degen Haze).
Saucy Brew Works has been making a splash since opening in 2017 as one of the fastest growing and most popular breweries in Cleveland, Ohio. They even claimed the 2019 title as the #1 Brewery in Cleveland. Two of our incredible KOD community members — Zach and Kyle Sparacia — are connected with the team at Saucy. And upon learning about their interest in becoming more involved in the Web3 space, thought it would be a great fit to bring the two parties together. Cheers to you two, Zach & Kyle! 🍻
Q&A
Why are the beers priced as they are?
Beer price was determined by Saucy and Rivalry Brews (distributor) to cover costs of producing a small batch brew. To reduce the overall cost per beer of your order, there is an option to add 8 individual cans of beer at $4.00 USD per can. All cans are 16oz beers.
Will the beers ship to my location?
Rivalry Brews will ship to all U.S. states except for the following 9: AK, AL, DE, HI, KY, MA, OK, RI, UT
Why is the order not token-gated?
While the Degen Haze IPA is created specifically for the Knights of Degen community, we want our community to have as easy of a time as possible ordering our new beer. Due to beer shipping regulations, we can only ship the beer within the U.S. — and to 41 states. Password protecting the order site keeps the Degen Haze beer for the KOD community, but allows Friends & Family the ability to order as well or even assist with some of you getting your beer!
