Knights of Degen is excited to announce a new partnership with One of None — a platform that bridges the gap between physical and digital, founded by DeShone Kizer.
The partnership will engage on two fronts:
- A special Hybrid-NFT collectable activation at NFT NYC
- A revamped Knights of Degen merch line — Big Degen Energy
One-of-One KOD Designed ICE Games Basketball Arcade Machine
Knights of Degen and One of None have joined forces with Buffalo, NY, based Innovative Concepts in Entertainment, Inc. to produce a one-of-one custom basketball-toss arcade game and corresponding NFT. The full-size game is custom-wrapped in artwork designed by Knights of Degen’s lead-artist, Blake Jamieson, including the beloved Degen Tavern and Knight NFT character profile pictures of the Knights of Degen founding team and advisors.
The physical version of the custom piece will debut at KOD’s Monday Knight Party during the first day of NFT NYC and will be available for sale using ETH or USD (price TBA). Once purchased, the owner will be transferred the digital version of the piece as an NFT. The game will also be showcased at the One of None Hybrid Gallery on Wednesday, where new offers can be submitted to the owner via the secondary market, before heading back to the One of None Vault for safe keeping.
Following NFT NYC, One of None Hybrid NFT holders have the opportunity to either leave their item vaulted with One of None and use the NFT to showcase ownership in their digital wallet, or the owner can redeem the physical piece to bring it home. While the physical is redeemed, the NFT is frozen to your wallet — not allowing you to sell the piece and maintaining the 1:1 relationship between the physical and digital. In order to exchange the ownership, the collector must send the physical piece back to the One of None vault for authentication and grading. Once verified, the non-transfer will is removed from the NFT allowing the holder to exchange at will.
New Knights of Degen Merch Line
Also debuting during NFT NYC will be a refreshed Knights of Degen merch line with the launch of a new capsule — Big Degen Energy.
The capsule will consist of:
- Big Degen Energy — Trucker Hat
- Big Degen Energy — Black / White T Shirt
- Big Degen Energy — Hoodie
- Special Edition Degen Tavern T Shirt
The Big Degen Energy capsule will be available for purchase starting Monday, June 20th through knightsofdegen.io.
